"Blue Haven" is a lovely, completely renovated, Tivoli Townhome on the Beachside of Sandestin Resort. Blue Haven comes with a golf cart and is located on Baytowne Golf Course near Sandestin Beach, Tivoli's community pool, and all of Sandestin's amenities. The Beach is only 0.5 miles away, and this home offers quick access via our 6-seat golf cart.

Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram or on our Golf Cart, no need for a car. With 7 miles of waterfront, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay and Intracoastal Waterway. The resort offers amenities for every type of person, including 4 championship golf courses (3 open to the public), lighted clay tennis courts, lighted pickleball courts, and 2 large Sandestin Resort pools. Additionally, there is a marina on the Bay to rent boats, kayaks, paddleboards, or bikes. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, renown restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options without leaving Sandestin!

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Wonderful Family site

Thoroughly enjoyed are stay. The unit was as advertised- beautifully decorated and equipped with do much! The kitchen included not only many Dishes, glassware and mugs but also every type of cookware and prep utensils. Enjoyed the sleeping arrangements and bathrooms for each bedroom. The main suite bathroom was a hit for all with its large bathtub and shower! Others were small but adequate. It was nice to have a Regular coffee pot as well as K-cup single serve. Easily accessible to beach. Our group so appreciated the use of the golf cart and we were able to travel freely to not only beach but also to the one heated pool and the shop and activity area. Our time coincided with the New years celebration which included music and fireworks. Walking trails were utilized. Since we booked thru Vrbo as a 3rd party reservation we were not able to utilize some of the resorts and their amenitues without additional cost. Next time we will pay the extra fee to use the fitness center as it is well equipped.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beyond Blue were highly attentive and great to work with. Kelsey and Meredith not only answered all my emails in a timely manner but followed up when we were there to make sure everything was going well. The unit, which we have stayed in before, is extremely well equipped for large family gatherings- especially the kitchen. Tivoli is our favorite location in Sandestin - bigger units and easy beach access as well as basketball, pickle ball and some of our favorite restaurants at the entrance plaza! Great space for a large family the upstairs bedroom is key for our young adult children! The stairs are a bit of a challenge for our grandparents but there are rails so they were doable.

Great property

The condo itself is very nice and well furnished. It was spacious for our family of 10. The upstairs bedroom does get quite warm though. The Sandestin community is lovely with a great pool right by the condo, and it's fun to travel around with the provided golf cart. The beach is beautiful but insanely crowded on a mid summer day. I'm used to working with private owners with prior rentals, not a company, and the difference in communication and familiarity with the property showed. There is an app that is used but seems to have more generic info than specific to this condo. We were given incorrect instructions about trash, which led to some embarrassment with the neighbors, and were told there weren't any beach chairs or umbrella and there was, which could've saved us the trouble of traveling with those. There also aren't any beach towels provided, which is also a hassle to have to travel with. We had a few small issues (non working toaster, clogged sink, etc) and when communicated to the company they did address it. FYI there is also an extensive rental agreement to sign.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wanted to really enjoy this place. I mean golf cart, beach access close to the condo. First, this place has zero parking near the room for most the entire stay so you had to park and walk to the room. Also, one of the beds was full of sand from previous renters. Which means the cleaning crew didn’t even bother to look or change the sheets. Not to mention sand was all in the floor we had to sweep once we arrived. The beach access is absolutely the worse I’ve had while vacationing in Florida. It’s near the hilton on Sandestin and they have the entire beach covered with beach chair rentals. It’s 8 deep from the front to back and from side to side as far as you can see. So unless you plan on forking out $300 for the week on a chair don’t expect to be anywhere close to the water. Also, it was so packed it was unreal worse than spring break in my opinion. I will never stay here again.

Went to the grocery store and had no where to store the groceries, had to leave everything out on counters. Beds were hard, need to put a pillow top down on mattress. Upstairs stayed hot even with 2 portable fans. It was dirty under the beds. Upstairs shower-during use water also leaked on the floor. TV's never worked properly. Living Room TV would just stop working and turn off or get stuck on one channel. Kitchen faucet was loose.

Just when you go to the beach walk down to the right about 3 football field lengths to get away from all of the people that made bad decisions in their lives (tats, smokers, too much taco bell), and you will find much less crowded areas. The sheep seem to just walk down the stairs and sit in the sea of seven rows of chairs. Get some exercise and walk down the beach and you will find areas with very few people around you, and it is lovely.

Exceeded expectations!

The pictures and description of this condo was spot on! We stayed here a week (6 adults and 7 kids) and never once felt cramped. Loved the screened in balcony and the decor was beautiful. Easy access to the pool and a quick 6 minute walk to the beach. This place was incredible!

HS Senior Girl's Trip with Two Moms

The stay was fabulous. Loved the property. Had a few issues but the property management company was very responsive. Providing a bit better info up front could have alleviated some of the calls though. The garbage disposal quit working and the sink stopped up, but they had a very pleasant repair person out within an hour for quick and easy fix. The only thing I absolutely disliked was the showers. I do not understand why they have the handles on the wall where you have no choice but to get in the shower to turn on the water and then be in the line of cold water. I had to get creative to avoid be blasted.

Quick Christmas trip to Florida

The house we great - didn't care for the 5pm check-in and the 10am check-out. The TV wasn't working in the master bedroom but they did swap it out while we were there. The biggest challenge was that the weather was cool and we quickly ran out of things to do with 3 teens since the beach was out of the question (tennis, shopping, go-carts).

Great Townhome for the Family

The townhome was great for accommodating my entire family, 4 couples/3 children. The home was very clean, lovely furniture and a great open floor plan. Loading up the golf cart and heading to the beach was super easy and a fun way to get around the property. There is a walkway alongside the home that leads directly to the pool. The management company was very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Having a door code was so convenient for a large group and made check-in a breeze.

We always stay in Tivoli when we come to Sandestin but this is our first in Blue Haven but hopefully not our last. The place was very clean upon arrival. The only complaints we had was not enough towels and the dryer takes three cycles to get anything dry. Overall a lovely place!

Blue Haven Heaven!

This beautiful condo was exquisite! Plenty big enough for our family! The kitchen was nicely stocked with plenty of pot and pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware! There was a problem with the internet it it was fixed three days into our stay. I would definitely stay here again. The management company was very helpful and made sure that all ours needs were met!

Great Trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo was great! The beach chairs and umbrellas in the condo were great to have. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a serve. The pool is a very short walk and very nice. The only negatives to the stay: The Sandestin Beach was very crowded with beach rentals and very little room if you have your own things. Also the water was green and full of algae which was clearly out of anyones control but disappointing. We checked out the State Park later in the week and it was great! You do not get the resort golf rate unless you book through Sandestin, which would have been good to know. The golf cart can get you anywhere in the resort. We took it to the beach which is a short walk or a quick golf cart ride. You can also take it to any of the restaurants or the grocery store. Lastly I would recommend renting a pontoon and going to Crab island or one of the shallow areas of the shore of the bay which is way less crowded.
