"I asked for a double queen suite and was given a single queen. There was none to very little hot water to shower. The water was very cold. The trash cans were small and did not have liners in them. "

"I was woken up at 11:50pm by a barking dog. Went to the front desk to ask if they allowed dogs and they said "no" So i told them well there is a dog barking next door the clerk replied " oh, that, they just went to go get something in the dinning room, ill go tell them" the dog continued to bark till 12:20am. In the morning i went down to the morning clerk to ask the same question, after seeing the dog leave the property cuz i was outside enjoying my coffee. "Do yall allow dogs" she said "no, we are a not a pet friendly hotel" i asked "what about the dog that just left" the clerk replied " oh, i think they just brought him in there" i explained to her what happened, she said "sorry". I asked for management but they didnt get in till 1030am. Spoke with Mayra Becerra and she said to get 25% off one night. She was very short and rude and didnt even apologize for the inconvenience "

"Breakfast was not offered. You have to pay for it. Did not have room ready because were trying to get rid of the smell from previous dog! Finally just changed to different room. It was not the same as I reserved. Supplies out in the doggie area. The beds were to hard for us but the sheets were excellent thread count...so soft! The room was clean and updated."
