"Very pleasant experience. Staff was very helpful and the property was very clean. They were in the process of a remodel, but you couldn’t really tell. The only downside was the wait for the elevator. It was really slow. However, it did not take away from the overall experience. I highly recommend and would stay here again. I appreciated the complimentary bottled water they offered daily."

"5/5 Stars - A Fantastic Stay from Start to Finish! I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. It really set a positive tone for the entire trip. The room itself was spotless and exceptionally comfortable. It is always a huge relief to check into a hotel and immediately see how much they prioritize cleanliness. On top of that, the amenities were absolutely awesome. Everything was well-maintained, modern, and exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy our downtime. One of the biggest highlights of the stay was the morning breakfast. It was both nice and genuinely delicious, offering a great variety of fresh, high-quality options to kick off the day perfectly. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Spartanburg, this is definitely the spot. I will absolutely be booking here again!"

"Great location and in vicinity/walking to Reedy Falls, shops, food & ice cream, and Grand Bohemian Lodge, too! Walk the pathway along the river and seeing the boulder water falls was exceptionally special! Balcony was a nice view of city life. Parking for a fee was conveniently located for access to the property. Kitchen was large and equipped well for simple dinner. The Laundry room with detergent was useful, too!"
