"The room was big and easily accommodated our family of 5. Very friendly staff. Lots of fun restaurants within walking distance."

"I found it shocking that the beach was dirty in the morning. It was like a night club was there with all the bottles and plastic. City crew was on the beach at 6am. When I left at around 9am to go back to my room at opal, the beach was clean. This is not the resorts job because at least 50 more resorts, along with bars, restaurants, and stores share that coast in the gulf. And it is at least a thousand people on the beach daily. Maybe city crew should come at night or earlier than 6 AM. I hope they figure something out. But all in all my trip, the beach and activities was a 9.9999 out of 10. Opal I am sure share responsibility, but so do the other businesses and resorts. We should all do our parts. "
