“We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2026. The location is absolutely fantastic - steps away from beautiful downtown Dunedin. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. We’ve stayed in several places around Dunedin and this was definitely my favourite thus far. Keep up the great work!”

“The staff was excellent. The room was very clean. Didn’t use the laundry, but I like the idea of having a laundry. The room was warm at night and we couldn’t get the air conditioner to keep it cool. A ceiling fan would have been great.”

“The most positive aspect of the hotel is it seems rather new, well built and is very quiet. The room was clean, temperature control was great and in room tv/entertainment also great. Staff is friendly and helpful.
The negatives, which are not really deal breakers for me were the location. It’s kind of in an industrial park. The pool area is extremely small. The housekeeping is slightly lacking. Apparently they only make the bed and take out trash. They didn’t replace the empty tissue box, which……
