“The main pool had not been cleaned at all in the 3 days that we were there. There was tons and tons of things from trees floating everywhere in the pool. It was so bad that myself and other guest asked for a net so that we could clean up. But there wa sjust so much that it awful.”

“ We were in a suite with 2 queens in the bedroom and a small kitchen and living area with pullout couch. It was a good size for our family of 4. The bathroom door was broken (missing the strike plate) and would not lock or stay shut. We had to bring a chair into the bathroom to put against the door to keep it shut. Luckily the bathroom was large enough to keep the chair in there. We reported this 3 times before someone from maintenance finally came around 5:00 on our second day. He tried to……

“Great property with beautiful, well-maintained swimming pool. Great staff was super-helpful. Brendan bent over backward to assist us with our inadvertent double booking. Nice room with super view of the water and nearby islands. Heartily recommended! So nice we came back for an additional four nights. Will definitely come back.”

“Everything was clean, breakfast was yummy and the staff were very friendly. The only complaint I have is that we paid for a king sized bed and got a queen. ”

“The bed was clean and the room was quiet. So it served the purpose. But very spartan overall. They did not clean my room after the first night. The staff on duty said it was because I was not there to open the door. Duh. Very awkward approach to the property due to one-way roads.”

“Extremely overpriced for the quality of the property. I’d say it’s worth no more than $200 per night. Definitely not the $600+ that we paid for 1 night. Linens could definitely use replacing or some bleach. Everything looked dingy. Only positive was the location. Will not be staying here again.”
