“We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. Our daughter absolutely loved sitting on the patio and watching the ducks, which was such a sweet little highlight for us. We’d definitely come back again.”

“Clean comfortable rooms located in a great location in Pigeon Forge. Inn is a quick drive away from downtown Gatlinburg or the Smoky Mountain National Park. It was mostly quiet at night with the exception of a few kids running up and down the walkway two nights. We were not given the free pancake breakfast that is to be included with the reservation. The desk clerk stated it was due to booking through third party (Expedia)—something to consider if you’re looking to take advantage of the……

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“Super nice to stay at, only minus one star because one of the 3 elevators was busted. Causing delays in the lobby and trying to get luggage up and down was chaos..”

“The room was clean, beds comfortable and staff was friendly. Have no real issues..the door handle to the shower was extremely loose and needed to be tightened but that was the only issue, which I made them aware of upon checkout. Overall it was good.”
