“The Loft is amazing, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Parking could be a bit easier but we understand it’s the town, not the loft owner’s fault. That being said, only concern is that the coffee maker needs to be cleaned. Other than that, this place and town are amazing. Very difficult to leave, that’s for sure! Thank you for having us!”

“This was a great place to stay great location. The rooms are really big and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The Internet and TV connection was great fully stocked kitchen. My only tip would be to ditch the rug in the living space. It has seen a bit of love and the whole place would look spruced up and cleaner without that rug there. ”

“Room was clean, very close to the beach and shops… parking was a challenge as we had to drive around for a while to get a spot. We had 3 people and a small dog, loved the fact there was a tv in living room and bedroom… so pretty quiet overall but when the people leaving upstairs it sounds like a hundred people were coming in and out… but overall I would definitely stay here again… the price breakdown was the people who run it charge more than the people who own it… still was a good deal for……

“Nice family trip to the beach. The condo was spacious and the primary bedroom was fantastic. The other two bedrooms were small, but were still accommodating. The property is very well maintained. There’s paths to walk on for a nature walk and the beach has some hard sand that makes long walks on the beach very easy to do. There were 6 of us that went and there was plenty of space. Great stay!”

“Loved this place! The parking is super easy, especially if you have small children. Came to Aptos for a UCSC graduation and the distance from campus is great! “Cute property but my complaints were, the listing stated a dishwasher and check out instructions mentioned to load dishwasher before leaving but no dishwasher to be found. I notified the host(Janiece, she was prompt and nice otherwise) she aplogized and asked us to wash our own dishes prior to leaving. I did it as a curtesy but I was not happy with that and was asked to load the towels in the washer prior to leaving. Why am i paying a cleaning fee if i have to clean up after myself? I don't mind……
