“Loved everything about this place! So many thoughtful details have been put into making this stay comfortable, relaxing and accessible! We enjoyed walking to the beach, playing corn-hole in the yard, relaxing in the many places to sit outside, and even being able to cook our own meals with the gas stove! “Booking and communication with Monica was excellent. Good location to explore Santa Cruz to Carmel. 2 minute drive to Manresa Beach. The parking pass is a plus, giving you easy parking access to Manresa or Sunset beaches. Good value and cozy property. The unit was a very clean and comfortable. The king size bed was basic, but very comfortable and I am picky.”

“Very clean overall, comfortable beds, and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed. i was worried about the noise of the nearby road when we arrived, but with the windows closed, the air in, nobody noticed any noise at all during the night. I would stay there again. ”
