“Beautiful hotel. Neat and nice interior design. Cute gym with almost all amenities.”

“The hotel is located in a quiet area. There’s an abandoned building nearby. The room was clean and spacious. The only problem we encountered was the water. It only gave us lukewarm at first. It seemed as if the shower level is stuck and couldn’t turn all the way to the hot side. I called the front desk to fix it, but the maintenance personnel couldn’t come til the next day. The front desk people forgot to ticket the issue. Thankfully, I stopped by at the front desk to check on it and the……

“Unfortunately they hold the deposit for the room and exceptionally long time. The stay was for 7 days ago and the $200 is still pending on my account. Completely unacceptable and I will not be booking this brand of hotels again. ”

“The sofa bed is so worn and very uncomfortable. Needed towels, asked the front desk clerk at 8am, she said had to wait until 8:30…..asked again at 9:30, she said not ready they will bring to the room…..checked out at 10:30 and still did not receive the towels. The front desk clerk was somewhat rude when I asked for change to use the washer and dryer….said you can try across the street. The breakfast staff was very polite and friendly. ”

“The hotel was not in an area where there were a lot of shopping or restaurants nearby. There were a few, but it was not in a metropolitan area - which was fine for us. We were going to visit friends nearby and then to Washington DC for a visit. The outdoor pool was closed, unfortunately. Breakfast was just okay. Processed eggs were fine, if you aren't picky. There was a DIY waffle maker. There were two sets of washer/dryers. Two ice machines and a couple vending machines located in a separate……

“Don’t bother staying here, stay at a local hotel and Uber there. The rooms are aesthetically appealing, but the mattress is rock hard and the pillows are cheap and lumpy. Their idea of a free continental breakfast is hanging a bag outside your door with a granola bar, an apple, a mufffin and a bottle of OJ, terrible! The burger place is decent, but the rest is junk. And also it’s a Pepsi property, yuck!”

“Room was clean and freshly made daily. Fitness room consisted of a broken treadmill No free weights . The fitness room was dirty and gross. Breakfast ( if you can call it that) consisted of some slices of white bread and 2 two kinds of cereal.... Kids shouting/ screaming and running up and down the hall late at night. No consideration for other customers. Someone needs to burn this place down and rebuild it from ground up”
