"Our room was very nice,clean, and had a wonderful view. There was one woman who ran the front desk who was extremely helpful and I feel bad I forgot her name. She went out of her way to find us places to see and eat."

"We loved our stay at the Grandview Lake Placid. Enjoyed the powerful hot tub. Enjoyed the restaurant. Enjoyed a sitting area by a fireplace. The hotel location is excellent and the view from balcony rooms is outstanding. Dog friendly. The only complaint is that the toilets flush SO loudly that once people start waking up, it is all I heard. Earplugs fixed that."

"The room was fine. The location is excellent. Walking distance to the American legion and other bars/restaurants. The town runs on speeding tickets and dui's per locals. Be smart and stay in town."

"We stayed at Trailhead while we visited the Trolls at the Wild Center. For our purpose it was fine. There was a grab and go breakfast, a Keurig in the room as well as a mini fridge. The beds were comfortable enough and the bathroom well-stocked and clean. We had some difficulty with the room overheating even when we thought the heat was off, but it was okay. The paint could use some touch up, but overall we were happy with our accommodations. Thank you Trailhead."

"I guess not having someone to check in with is the reason for the lower rate. The room was clean though, and the location works to walk into the village. Parking is definitely tight. I would stay here again."
