Upon walking in, the room smelled musty. There were two bugs on the nightstand that I used the notepad to smash immediately. I found a roach on the wall behind the mini-fridge and another one crawling by the phone on the nightstand right next to the bed! I couldn’t bring myself to sleep in that room so I went back to Quality Inn and got transferred to a room there. The refrigerator was leaking inside and left a puddle outside on the carpet. The carpet was the worst I've ever encountered. I wore a pair of plain socks after my shower and the bottoms were sticky and black after wearing them for less than 1/2 hour. I had to go to the desk to the room made up. I think she implied the beds were to be made only. I insisted that the sheets must be changed (which they were eventually). I will tell everyone I know to avoid RODEWAY at all costs.
