Gator Alumni House, 2 Miles From Campus

This quaint 3 bed 2 bath house was built in 2005 and is located 2 miles from UF campus right off of University Ave The home is a perfect place for families, alumni, groups & gameday BBQ's as well as just a quiet getaway. It includes a fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, a master bedroom & bath with 2 sinks, multiple shower-heads, and a large soaking tub. The house has 3 beds (1 king, 1 queen & 1 full), 2 large reclining sofas, and 3 air mattresses. I also have tennis racquets (there is a nearby court). (Please let me know ahead of time if you would like to use these as they are locked in the garage) House is only 1 mile from North Florida Medical Center If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Air-conditioned accommodations at this vacation home offer fireplaces and video-game consoles. Rooms open to patios. Accommodations offer separate living rooms and include sofa beds. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and separate dining areas.

Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations. Additionally, rooms include coffee/tea makers and irons/ironing boards.
