"The hotel in general and the room were clean and in good condition. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The best feature was its proximity to the Rocket Arena as we were in town for a concert. "

"Great location and walkable
To Progressive Field, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Jack’s Casino and many more. Fidelity is a cute boutique hotel with great staff from valet to check in to dining in their onsite restaurant. "
"It was great. The elevator key thing was a bit confusing at first, but then fine. The keys are well used for parking as well. It was a nice stay. Stay above floor 11 to see the lake."
