“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very clean, and the service was excellent throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel is not far from Al Haram, and they provide a free shuttle bus to Al Haram approximately every hour, which makes getting there very easy and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah and would definitely stay here again.”

“The hotel is not located where its supposed to be. This hotel has given wrong addresse and wrong google map location on hotels.com.
I travelled to Ibrahim khalil street and found its Olyaan palace hotel not olyaan silver. And reception of olyan palace didnt accept me. I called the number and those guy kept saying Ibrahim khalil street which is a lie for sure. I had a very stressful dat with my wife and 2.5 year old kid and 5 luggage. Really disappointed and I think Ive been scammed by these……
