Best Western Johnson's Inn Downtown Gatlinburg

"The front desk staff are really nice. The room was spacious. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of space to put your things. The main office has a small pantry with some snacks and cold drinks. They have a separate breakfast area which I did not get a chance to check out. All of the doors are outside doors, motel style,,and I was able to park directly in front of my room. I was on the ground floor, which typically I do not prefer, but in this particular instance it was so convenient being able to just get out of my car and go directly into my room. I felt safe. The location is amazing. A very short walk right into downtown Gatlinburg. But just far enough away from the main road where it is quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Gatlinburg"

"Clean room, comfortable bed, full maid service every day. Parking is $18 per day. Staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. Note that a/c is in the wall, a little noisier than central a/c but not a problem."

"The hotel was fantastic! It was very clean and offered many amenities like free breakfast and drinks and snacks at dinner, a Starbucks on site, cute gift shop, great pools and many cozy outdoor seating options. The staff was friendly and attentive. Great spot to see bears too. My whole family enjoyed our stay."

"Our stay at Hotel Indigo Gatlinburg was absolutely amazing and the perfect bornday getaway. Even though our room wasn't ready right away, Sarah at the front desk went above and beyond. She was kind, professional, and gave us a discount at the Altitude restaurant, which made us feel really taken care of. We even got a room upgrade, which made things extra special. The balcony view of the Smoky Mountains was beautiful, and we loved relaxing at the pool, especially with the cabanas and the bar overlooking Gatlinburg. The Altitude restaurant was excellent every time we ate there. And the bathroom deserves its own praise. The gold and marble design looked modern and stylish, and the Zenology bath products with aloe and vitamins made my skin feel super soft. Overall, every detail, from the amenities to the views, made it feel like a five-star experience. I’d happily stay again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable Smoky Mountain stay."
