"Everything was great and we love staying here! Only thing that we were disappointed with was that the parrots, Holly and Rita, were no longer there which we always loved to see. But we love the location and everything about the resort and this will be where we always stay. "

"We very much enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit areas. They were located along the running creek, which added to the ambience. The other guests were very nice as well. The room was large and comfortable, and the AC worked well."

"The stay was very short, but they should pay more attention to customer comfort during breakfast. Some staff members were unqualified to provide proper service, though that doesn't mean they were all bad. Room service was also unprofessional, particularly regarding changing the mattresses. In my personal opinion, I would give this stay three or three and a half stars."

"Everything about this hotel is awesome the food at the Vista Grill was a 10/10, the coffee bar was awesome, and the views from our balcony were phenomenal!!"

"The hotel smelled terrible, there was a fire that closed some amenities that we were aware of before checking in. Our room was dirty and had several bugs in it. Our door didn’t close completely allowing sun light and smoke to fill our room. And the staff in the office were very rude and made it seem like everything was our fault when we tried to talk to them about our concerns."

"First off none of the pools were open the air conditioning did not work very well in the unit so I closed some vents in the kitchen and living room area to get the air to move to the bedroom which I could not get it to work but in the bathroom area blew all kinds of black crap out of the vents,, for what it was it was way overpriced would not recommend this"
