“Parking was easy and secure. The Bell men were so helpful and friendly. We won at the Casino and the food at the Den ( 9th floor ) was my favorite.”

“The front desk attendant me they couldn’t accommodate us because I had 6 people staying in one room. I only had 4 people and a 3 year, my two daughters 16 and 9, my 3 year old, me and my wife. I had to basically beg them to let us stay in to keep us from having to drive 4 hours back home in the middle of the night. Not to mention, my room was booked a week ahead of time.”

“I booked this place because of the cleanliness reviews I kept seeing. HAIR ABSOLUTELY EVERYWHERE! Under the sheets, all over the floor, in the shower, imbedded in the towels…. everytime I used a lint roller I found new hair that wasn’t mine. Absolutely disgusting! I also had to kill two bugs within the first few hours of our stay. Completely disappointed. ”

“I chose the option to pay once i arrived at the property, only to find my card charged before i even reached the property. Then i was charged an additional $250 with no explanation or any receipt of the transaction. I only became aware of the charges when i looked at my bank statement. BEWARE. ”

“The location is too close to road so that it's convenient but noisy. Laundry environment is not very clean. We gave up to use the washing machine since somebody left cloth in it for a long time. The bathtub got stuck but was fixed soon.”

“If you plan to arrive after 8:00 p.m. be sure to call or you won't have a key. I saw a couple of roaches and the bathroom floor was dirty in the corners. The beds were comfortable and I liked having a kitchenette.”

“Condo was beautiful and clean. Some of the remote s and dvd player didn't work. Also the hair dryer didn't work but incredible view. Lot's of fun and would stay there again. Thank you Michael Aucoin”
