Amazing hotel in the heart of old Batumi with spacious and well-designed rooms, excellent breakfast and super service. Avto went above and beyond to make us comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful breakfast, such high quality food

The location is perfect—peaceful and tucked away from the busy city, offering complete serenity. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the view from the private balcony is top-notch. Loved staying at the Swissotel. Realised on Day 2 how great a location it was to see.more of Tbilisi than jist tje tourist areas, which are readily walkable. Staff were fantastic, David at Olives especially and the Reception team could not have been more helpful

Excellent service, good location. Luca was helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good 👍

Staff was amazing and super accommodating. This is THE best place in Kuataisi and I would love to stay here agin. Great location, clean and beautiful rooms, great staff, very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and they even gave us a little present for me and my wife's honeymoon. 10/10 would recommend.

The best relaxing experience ever I've had at the hotels! Outstanding customer service; sparkling shine cleanness; unforgettable tastes of delicious Georgian food as well as educational opportunities. Thank you Paragraph Resort & Spa Shekvetili!

I was really surprised to find such a gem at that place. It is one of the best hotels I have stayed. Surroundings are incredible, Rooms very good, Spa and the pool, food, everything is top notch. It should be 5 stars.

This hotel is located in the heart of Old Batumi, making it an excellent and convenient location. I was able to walk everywhere, and the building has an elevator, which was a big plus. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious, with a different selection each day. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a great location, comfortable stay, and wonderful staff!

Second time staying there and I am happy.

A very cool hotel in Tbilisi. Perfectly located, great local food & bars.
