"The room was clean most of the staff were really awesome. We were unable to watch tv and reported it. Maintenance came and told us sorry no CNN because we would have to use Tubi for the remainder of our stay. I reported to the lady who checked us out and she responded with a smart comment and dismissed me with do you need a receipt for your stay. I would have appreciated at least care and an apology for the inconvenience. Very Disappointing "

"I recently stayed at this establishment from Friday to Monday and had a disappointing experience. On the first night, I reported an issue with the hot water, which was supposed to be inspected by maintenance; however, no one arrived. As a result, we did not shower that evening. The following morning, my husband investigated the issue and discovered that the hot and cold water settings were reversed. It was surprising that no one followed up on the issue. Furthermore, we did not receive housekeeping services throughout our stay despite my request at the front desk. The explanation provided was that they were understaffed, but I believe I should have been notified and offered alternative solutions, such as extra towels and trash collection."

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!I read the reviews before booking and a should have dig a little deeper. The hotel rooms are antiquated, dirty, and gloomy. I only stayed for 1 night (12 hours) I did not utilize the bathroom. Thank goodness I showered before leaving my house! The tub was patched and rusted, the toilet bowl was dirty, the sink had ants coming in and out of it. The sheets on the bed were not clean, there was makeup on the top sheet and hair on the bottom sheet. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!There was mold on the ceiling, the carpet had not need vacuumed, the air conditioning had debris and mold under it. The hallway lighting was so dim it reminds you of a horror movie, and I’m not joking. I slept fully clothed on top of the blanket I sprayed with Lysol and used my travel blanket to cover up. I check out and went to the airport as soon as I got enough sleep to revive a little. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!"
