"The hotel and room were exceptionally clean. Nothing broken or not working properly. The staff were very respectful, friendly and professional. They welcomed us and treated us like they were genuinely happy to see us. And the price was very reasonable. This was our first time staying at this hotel, but if we are in the Newport area again, we will definitely choose this hotel again!"
