“Our hardworking weekend receptionist was very friendly and helpful. At one point we were on the hunt for champagne flutes to rent for an event and she referred us to Shane, the events manager at the nearby Best Western. It didn't work out (all of his flutes were on their way to a wedding) but still a great effort to help. The room was large and clean. Housekeeping was minimal but adequate. “Highly recommend this for a beautiful family experience if you have kids! We enjoyed a 1-night, 2-day stay, and we absolutely loved everything inside the hotel and had an amazing time at the LegoLand park itself. However, there were a few downsides for the price. The room's cleanliness wasn't up to par it just lacked that fresh, crisp, clean feeling and smell when you walk in, and the bathroom was the same. Conveniently located between “necessity” store s (markets, Walmart, Lowe’s, fast food, etc.), and the quaint part of town with dining and shoppes. Next to a diner (so-so, but ok in a pinch and if you’re not in a hurry).”

“The sheets were dirty. We found several long black strands of hair in the bed along with what looked like blood and rust stains... I would suggest bringing your own bedding or staying elsewhere. We asked for new bedding which we got, but those weren't much better.”
