“Pros: Friendly staff Convenient location for Branson attractions Appreciated the kindness of staff and fellow guests Cons: Musty odor in room Sticky floors Plunger left in bathroom upon arrival Thin bedding and no comforter Poor TV reception Broken vending machine Confusing communication regarding checkout Breakfast offerings did not match expectations No complimentary toothbrushes or toothpaste available Charged me 50$ deposit still waiting for my refund after a week I booked this property……

“Everything was perfect, it is located in a nice kinda secluded area, it really isn't a place to take children. Great for a place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.”

“Wonderful stay. Mark was fantastic. Treated us like a member of the family. Even though it’s on the main road it was very quiet. Extremely clean. It’s only an $9 Uber to the Basin Hotel downtown. We stayed in the Renaissance Room. Very spacious. Our only regret was the whole reason I booked was the winery on site, and it was closed, but they do have another one not far away. We will definitely stay here again.”

“A beautiful bed and breakfast in the Ozark Mountains. Our room had a balcony overlooking the lovely flower garden/ courtyard. The breakfast was incredible with gluten free options. Staff onsite were terrific —very helpful, friendly and tuned in to guests’ needs. Lot of comfortable places to sit and very close to downtown.”
