"I always stay at this Hyatt place when going to the armory. The location is great and the breakfast is really good. My first time complaint is since the last time I was here, the televisions changed and now the way to google cast constantly gets messed up. I had a Fri/Sat stay and the google cast worked when I checked into the room, but once the tv was turned off it would then no longer. Due to weather I extended my stay, was checked out and checked into the same room (thank you staff for making that easy!) was again able to connect but once tv turned off, it again wouldn’t work. Tried downloading Hyatt app and calling front desk/maintenance but no one able to correct. "

"Nice room, convenient for mall of America. No coffee in lobby was a 4$ charge. Free refills were available but no one let us know, we paid for each refill. It was very full, layover because of snowstorm. "

"Property was ok there was a stain in the sheets but the front desk staff was very rude any time we talked to them. Thought maybe was someone just having a bad day while checking in but nope anytime we talked to them about anything. "

"Room and bathroom were clean ,comfortable bed bathroom could use a new toilet seat. I enjoyed my stay staff is super nice "

"Very disappointing in that there were few hangars in a stand-up small closet unit and no dresser just little "cubby holes" like in pre-school. The staff was nice and lobby area clean however, the work-out room didn't have a working hand sanitizer machine,no paper towels to wipe down equipment after usage and the TV wasn.t sinked to their cable provider. The wall heating unit in the room was not working due to a circuit breaker being tripped that my husband was able to re-set but shouldn't have had to do this. No USB ports in the room was disappointing. :("
