“Stayed at Cleveland Residences for one night as it’s very close to our daughter’s university. Flawless communications, super clean, comfortable , upscale flats, good nearby food options, and 2-3 minutes to Russell Square underground station. This is the place to stay if you haven’t be close to UCL or Univ of London. ”
“My husband and I stayed here for 3 days during our stay in London. Loved the convenient location and having the pub was wonderful. Room was very nice. Just be aware that you need to climb stairs to the rooms and the step up to the bathtub was pretty high. Other than that, was excellent, and the staff exceptional!”
“Absolutely amazing people and service. The Italian designers feel penetrates the entire buildings which used to be a church. Love the experience. Again, employees are so friendly and nice! Totally happy ”
“Hotel location was great. Staffs were helpful and attentive. We purposely chose this hotel for the location (near King’s Cross) and the fact that it could offer 3 beds in one bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay and will return on our next trip to London.”
“Excellent location, 10 minutes walk to King Cross station. A small and elegant hotel with good management. The room has no lift and air-conditioning though.”
“The location was ideal for an overnight between train journeys. The communication from Yannis was brilliant, and his whole team were friendly and helpful. The room was small but functional and for one night was ideal. Comfy bed, and the tea trolley delivery was a nice touch. ”
“It was lovely to stay at this hotel where it's very close to King's Cross station. Room is not very big but enough for 2 people. Staffs are very helpful regarding to luggage storage after checking out. £3 per luggage. Overall it's a nice stay at Point A hotel King's Cross!”

"Convenience, near metro, bus station, groceries store, restaurant. ATM, currency exchange. Housekeeping every day
Room is big compare to other i try in London"
"Cozy little room, slept well. But there was noise constantly from rooms next door and the courtyard until late at night, if you wake up easily, it will be a problem. Also there is no slippers, toothbrush etc given, and no fridge too. However the hotel is indeed in an excellent location with many attractions in walking distance."
"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily.
Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
