I like that we was put on the first floor I am a handicapped person so that helped a lot n the parking area was close to the entrance also n the shower was a walk in which is better for me over all I was very happy with all the property

We would have rated the hotel highly; however, they use a strong air freshener in the lobby. It permeates everything. My husband is allergic to perfumes and strong fragrances. He was unable to sleep or breathe well just due to walking through the lobby. The smell was also strong in our first-floor room and the elevators. So many are sensitive to perfumes, it is beyond me why a business would not use a neutral scent.

We had a 2 night stay. Next day, the housekeeping did not make the beds or clean the room. They just replaced the coffee pods and cleared the garbage cans. Makes me wonder if the room would be cleaned properly ( change of sheets and pillow cases) before the next guests arrives. The breakfast menu was fairly good but quality was substandard. I have stayed at Holiday Inn in other states, so i am disappointed in this one.

Everything excellent except the receptionist, he was unfriendly, he didn't mention to me about the breakfast where as I see him explaining to others in the line. Looks like he is biased to some race. He gave me a room in 3rd floor and when I mentioned him about having small kids who can be playing and can be noisy to the room below to us, he didn't even acknowledged and ignored.
