“Basic, old-school hotel. Great value”

“There were cockroaches in our room, which unfortunately I’ve come to somewhat expect in Texas, but the way the situation was handled was disappointing. Staff came and sprayed, but nothing else was really done to address the issue or make the situation right for us. On top of that, when our flight was canceled on the last day, we asked for a late checkout and were denied, which added even more stress to an already frustrating situation.
