"We enjoyed our stay at Little Tides property. It has ample space, a nice clean refrigerator, two bathrooms, amazing king bed, a stove (though we didn't use it). We appreciated having the washer and dryer to use for our stay. Donna was great to work with if we had any questions or little concerns that were handled promptly. We would love to stay again if we are in the area."

I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...

We really liked hanging at the deck, cooking , eating, drinks and playing board games by the fire pit. House is super comfortable. Love the kitchen and the brand new appliances. Sleeps 8 comfortable. We were 4 so had plenty of room. Hope to return. "
