"Such a great condo! Lots of space and immaculate. Host thought of all the little things (clothing rack in laundry area for hanging damp clothes, even dryer balls! Coffee pods and creamer, cutting boards and sharp knives) Perfect location to south campus near athletic facilities and the Big House! I would definitely recommend paying to park in the garage, street parking is very limited. Also, LOTS of steps, so keep that in mind. Host was excellent with communication. We would definitely...

It was a new facility with a modern decor. Service was excellent and the staff were very accomodating. Only improvement opportunity would be to put a hair dryer in the room (not sure why we didn't have one) and breakfast options. When I went to check out a little after 10, there was no one in the lobby or at the front desk to get a coffee.

We found an old used ear plug in our room. Other than that, everything looked and felt clean. The hot tub had unfortunately stopped working. But the front desk people were very apologetic for it and let us know right when we checked in. The pool was clean and a decent size. They kept up with restocking towels too. Overall, it is a well maintained hotel with a good staff.

Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean, beds were comfy, breakfast was average. They allow pets and i have bad allergies, they helped me to get a room that might help but not sure if it did.

The property is conveniently located right on Briarwood Mall. The only thing I don't like is how loud the room doors are when they close. I can hear other doors from our room and there were times that I woke up from the noise.
