“Really disappointed that nobody emailed before we arrived to let us know that most of the resort would be closed down and that the resort would resemble a ghost town! That being said the rooms were lovely and clean. Not so much the communal areas they were quite tatty! The smell of the sargassum all piled up was at times really bad.”

“The village we were assigned has roaches and the main bedroom has the pain from the felling peeling which could be a hazard.
Also, the water park that was supposed to be completed on September has a delay and that was the main reason a reserve this hotel.”
