“The property is very cute and cozy. All the basic needs are there. The staff were super friendly and helpful. their continental breakfast is a nice touch! I would 100% recommend. A small suggestion is to include a microwave (even if it's in a common area).”

“Loved this property - would stay here everytime we went to Acadia. Our room seemed to be new. The amenities were excellent for a small property. Only problem was no hot water in the shower.”

“Wow! This was the most beautiful place. The property is tucked up on a beautiful lot of trees and ferns. Our room was just gorgeous with beautiful furniture, wallpaper and a fireplace. I couldn’t believe we were staying in such a storybook place. I found Mike at the checkin super kind and helpful. He also gave great recommendations for hiking based on my husband’s mobility needs. His advice was perfect—made our trip! You can literally enter Acadia from the trails directly behind the hotel....

“The property was in good repair on the outside. The exterior doors are thin beat up wood. The check in process was not welcoming and we were not told where ice or other items were at. Our rooms were cleaned daily and had fresh towels brought in. Overall it was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable.”

“The Cromwell is owned by kids who were gifted the property by their parents. Out of a 7500 mile road trip. This was by far the cleanest the nicest kept grounds inside and out. Everything looked brand new and still maintaining some charm from their parents era. I made it a point to go to the office and tell the staff only need to be lucky enough to meet two of the kids! We had an amazing experience and will surely be back Refrigerator microwave and a nice coffee station in your room. Brochures ...

“There was very little communication with a human being, which was just fine! The only question we had to speak to someone about was to confirm that we could bring our dog and we had to pay an extra fee on top of the online payment. The description could’ve been a little clearer. We thought we’d be in a separate cabin but ended up sharing walls with another room. Overall, comfortable, clean, quiet, great location and value.”
