“Great experience ”

“I was quite disappointed with my stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. The location was not ideal for exploring on foot, and to make matters worse, my room (209 on the 2nd floor) was incredibly noisy. Not only did the noise from traffic seep in through the windows, but it also infiltrated through the air ventilation system. Throughout the night, I had to endure various sources of disturbance, including the passing trains, loud trucks, live music from the bar, and an unusual machinery noise that even……

“The staff was excellent. Overall quality and beauty of the property was outstanding. Room cleanliness was good. But a lot of long hairs (not ours) in the bathtub. We chose this hotel because it had a pool. But unfortunately the pool was closed for months of renovation. We were not advised of this prior to booking. That was disappointing and we sould not have chosen this hotel for the reason. ”

“Perfect, and perfectly situated in the best neighborhood. This historic building is charming and the decor is lovely with a super comfy bed. I was in room 8 which is perfect for a solo traveler. The staff are super helpful. Colonia Americana is the coolest part of the city and Gala Hotel is on the nicest street full of grand homes, coffeeshops and restaurants. Walkable to the city center and near to the wonderful University Art Museum. (4/5 for amenities only because the pool was undergoing……
