“My husband and I decided last minute to take a long weekend at LOZ. We found the listing and about 2 days in advance and we were able to get everything done and signed before we left town. 3 Bears is VERY organized and they had great communication with us from while we were driving down we received a message with suggested places to eat and visit, to during our stay they answered questions swiftly and with care and on our check out day they sent reminders and a follow up about our stay! “We’ve stayed at several places around the Ozarks over the years, and this one had the best view yet! Being on the top floor made it even better; quiet, private and perfect for enjoying the lake. The condo was very clean, modern and well-equipped, and Aubrey’s communication was super quick and helpful throughout. We didn’t get a chance to try out the pool since it was too cold during our stay, but everything else was great. We’d definitely return!”

“Had a great end of summer weekend getaway with friends. The condo was nice for 3 couples so we didn’t have to share bathrooms. Very modern with nice finishes. The host, Scott, was responsive with the couple of issues we did had but all in all nothing major! Pools are very nice! I’d love to check out the penthouse next summer! ”

“Garrett is a top-notch owner who worked hard to make sure our stay was comfortable. The unit felt brand new with high quality furnishings and finishing details - worth every penny. The complex has 2 very clean and large pools that we were able to enjoy along with a well maintained dock right off the main channel. The location of the condo was perfect and right in the middle of where you want to be on the lake. A sunny day on the balcony makes it easy to sit and watch the boats go by or get in……

“Retired couple spent a week at this spot on the lake with a terrific view. The condo is well equipped for an enjoyable get away including WiFi, TVs with streaming apps in great room and all bedrooms, and fully equipped kitchen (although we never cooked, just ate out or carry out!). The best place to sit was on the deck overlooking the lake. There are chairs and a table where you can eat snacks and/or meals. A cardinal (my parents favorite wild bird) serenaded us everyday.
