“The staff were great. The place was modern and very clean. For being so new I expected a closet and an iron, which the room did not have. I made due. I also expected housekeeping for being there three nights. I saw nothing about no housekeeping. I saw a sign about reusing towels, which we did. On the last day I had to go down to request more toilet paper. The hot water is a problem. I love the green initiative but having to let the water run for 10 minutes to get warm water and have it on full……
