“Finally, a king size bed in a room with a jacuzzi hot tub! So relaxing!! Room was very clean!! Only issue was the flooring was like wood-like laminate or something, but the floor was wet. Idk if it was from steam from hot tub, mixed with ac in room built up condensation? But there was not vent in bathroom or hallway. By morning, floor was dry. The shampoos, body wash & conditioner were in big bottles that were attached to the shower wall. It was very nice to have enough shampoo to wash my long……

“The best hotel to stay in Mansfield, OH. Rooms were really clean, bed and pillows were comfy for a hotel. The whole staff was great. Breakfast was delicious; several things to choose from. Definitely recommend.”

“We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and both breakfasts were very good with a nice selection of food. The only minor issue was that the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty, but after we informed the front desk, the receptionist quickly brought replacements. “I think this property has a potential to be a three star just by fixing things that are broken like plumbing and air conditioning and grouting. Most important is a more meticulous approach to cleaning the rooms--dusty, sticky, crusty, dingy, and moldy--all not good combinations.”
