We were only here for two nights, but the place was emaculate, and the staff were very friendly and super helpful with everything we needed, taxis, dinner reservations, transfers, etc.
It is just across from the police station, and the beach so we felt safe, and you can walk to restaurants. It is a quiet, peaceful haven of flowers and birds. (And a few kitties😊)
The breakfast was hot and fresh -cooked for us with a smile. They even made a beautiful kissing swans with flowers, towel decoration on our bed for our anniversary.
Very thoughtful and genuine staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

You have to preadvise your arrival time so a porter can meet you across the bay. He loads your luggage and you on a boat and you cross the bay. Then you go up a hill and then onto a lift up the hill and then across to your villa. There are 12 villas at the top of the hill. Bedroom is on the bottom with air-conditioning (at an extra charge) with a balcony with partial views. Next level up is bathroom. Next level up is livingroom with full kitchen with a full balcony with great views of the bay. My villa also had a view of the pool. The views are incredible since you are on the top of the hill. It is quiet since there are only 12 villas on the top. The pool is very pleasant. You can also access billy goat trail. Which is an one & a half hour round-trip hike up for a view of the bay from ever further up and then back down. The staff is wonderful from porter, reception and housekeeping. To go to bay/beach and restaurants, you need to take lift back down and some stairs down. Doolittle's is right there which is fine for a cocktail or snack. For dinner around the bend is Rainforest Hideway which is wonderful with a view across the bay. If you taxi a water taxi across the bay, on the 2nd floor is Masala Bay which is lovely Indian restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed, just wish I had more time

A wonderful four nights in a beautiful location, with a fine choice of activities. The restaurants is excellent - creative use of chocolate, but not over the top (except for desserts....). The room and the grounds were gorgeous, and the on-site nature walks were wonderful.

Experience was amazing, staff were friendly and very helpful even though I accidentally booked the wrong night, they adjusted my reservation at no additional cost. Rooms are beautiful and food was great. No complaints at all. I would recommend to anyone looking to have a weekend of r&r.

I must say this hotel is located in a great area super close to everything but please be ware if you book one of the smaller rooms!!!! The pictures you see are of the front portion of the hotel which the rooms are definitely nice and is super close to the pool area and the main restaurant. The smaller rooms are in a totally separate part of the hotel, basically the back part and it seems as through you are in a different realm of the hotel. It would be nice if they let people know these rooms are not part of the main area hotel. The only good thing about being in the back part is the separate entrance which leads you directly on the main strip. If you decide to stay here make sure you find out where you will be in the hotel!!

Having your own cottage a few steps from an amazing beach is a rare thing in this age of mega resorts. No steel drum bands, restaurants, or nightclubs at this property, but there is plenty of that nearby. A rental car or taxi is definitely needed. The staff is incredibly helpful and will go the extra mile to get you whatever you need. Even the owner meets with each guest with a very helpful introduction to St. Lucia and what you might like to do. This property and location is a gem. I hope it never changes.

Cocopalm is a very nice, comfortable and clean hotel. The staff is unbelievably polite and kind and went out of their way to make is feel safe and at home. The hotel is not beach front and no boasts a small and shallow pool. They don't provide toothpaste or lotion so make sure and pack your toiletries. It is located in Rodney bay which has everything a tourist can ask for. Prices are a bit steep but gets better further south of the island. The food at coco palm is excellent. Try both restaurants. Worth the stay and I will definitely be heading there again!

My girlfriend and I spent 4 nights here and it was wonderful. The open air rooms with built in swimming pools and extraordinary views coupled with outstanding, attentive butler service made leaving the room, other than for dinner, the gym, or the spa moot. I highly suggest the helicopter service on the way in, it effectively gave us another full day.

The setting is one of the most beautiful in the Caribbean, overlooking the Pitons. The rooms are large and nicely decorated. The service was impeccable. The food was good, but very expensive. The use of non-motorized sports equipment was a nice bonus. The lodging and food are a bit overpriced. The worst part of this resort is the road - it is in horrible disrepair and is very steep and dangerous. We had to delay our arrival because our car couldn't make it up when the road was wet. Wouldn't advise renting a car because of the road.
