"Had a very nice stay. Cindy was very sweet and had turned the lights on when we ended up not being able to arrive until late due to traffic accidents. It is a basement apartment and an old house so you will hear what goes on upstairs but we didn't mind. The only down side I would say is that occasionally there were really strong whift of cigarette smoke. If you're sensitive to smells like me it's best to bring an air purifier. Otherwise a great stay!"

"The property was exactly as listed. The check in process was seamless. Very clean and quaint. It had all the necessary kitchen supplies and loved the decor of the apt and the dishware- modern kitchen with lots of charm . Loved the balcony and the bed was comfortable. Sophie was so helpful with places to eat and see. Very responsive. She showed us her studio apt as well as we will definitely back. be aware the stairs to the bedroom are steep so not for everyone. Was worried about the tub only but...

"It is unfortunate as I was really looking forward to the "5 star" treatment as suggested. The main complaint was the noise. The family live above with a toddler and at least 2 dogs. We were constantly hearing the child running back and forth, playing balls, mom yelling, dad yelling, walking, things being dropped. No noise barrier (insulation) to speak of. House also mid-renovation. Male owner came down twice unannounced to assist plumbers. Once with a dog. Our door was also left unlocked all...

"We stayed at this location which was close to Waterloo campus and super convenient - Walmart and shoppers not more than 3 minutes away by car. Clear easy instructions to check in. "The Willow Suite is newly renovated, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kristy is a super-host and I loved the approachable and great communication during the stay. Location is supreme across from Victoria Park, which it's a gorgeous nature outing; and 5min walk from downtown Kitchener. I would definitely want to stay here again next time I visit my daughter at University in Waterloo. "

"The host was very nice and friendly. The wifi worked perfectly fine. The room was clean and bedsheet was clean. However, I found strands of hair in the shower and basin. Also, there was a TV in the ad but there was no Tv when I got the room. The first night, my room was cold at night and I messaged the host to turn on the central heating but I got no response. Overall, I enjoyed my stay cos it was quiet and I had my privacy."
