"Absolutely fantastic hotel. We arrived to be informed we had been upgraded to a Junior Suite room which was just fab. Every member of staff we met greeted us with a wide smile and were so helpful. Great location. Lots of public transport available close by. Brilliant area to be in. Walkable to BrickLane and Spitalfields. My only slight moan is about the breakfast.... the choice was fabulous and the staff that were there were great BUT I didn't think they paid enough atention to replenishing the food. I had to ask for 4 different items because there were none left and had to wait 5-6 minutes for wach item. Also there was no bread for toast only Olive Bread (delicious as it was) not the right kind of bread for toast! Other than this absolutely brilliant stay and will definitely visit again."
