“This was a (low-budget) option for 1 night. There were no room keys available, and the breakfast should (not) be called breakfast at all. (Breakfast) was the grab & go kind of breakfast with (mini muffins) & coffee, & not much else. We couldn't even get hot water, as the machine was not working. So this is not the place where you can sit and eat - so don't be fooled into paying the price thinking that you will get (breakfast). The place needs a face lift, and overall it was a basic stay.……

“Stayed in the Munsee room. Very well Decorated. The owner has put a lot of detail into it. Welcome bag, water, coffee, real cream and milk. I would rate this place as 5 star.”

“This is a decent budget hotel. The rooms were clean and had the basic amenities. The staff was friendly. The property was needed and tidy.”

“All was excellent except for a noisy heat pump fan in the breakfast room which could not be disabled (at the time we were there, anyway), perhaps it's been fixed subsequently). We took our breakfast outside. Love the location near the waterfront,”

“Swimming pool and hot tubs were well maintained. Breakfast included with your room is great for families.”

“The lighting in the room was dim, floors were dusty room reeked of cigarettes it was stuffy. But it was just good enough to sleep.”

“Excellent property-- helpful. We would appreciate a shopping map of the area, showing restaurants. Breakfast area too small- only had 3 tables . Breafast time on weekdays was 6:30 - 9:00 . Phone in the room wasn't working. The breafast attendant was so helpful.. full marks for her. Breafast was adequate.”

“First of all, we arrived at 802pm and after numerous phone calls to locate the receptionist, he(nick) finally showed up. Nick was giving me attitude when trying to ask questions. The room he provided was on the top floor with lots of noise. The pool was adjacent to the room too. Slamming doors and regular traffic was enough to cut our stay very short. Another issue is when booking is done on line, paid in full, not happy having to redo the reservation at the front desk. We've been here few……

“The room had an awful smell to it. I think it came from the air conditioner. The carpet and furniture really need updating. The bed was very uncomfortable. You could hear the springs every time we moved. Very disappointed with the considering we paid $200 for it”
