"The staff were so rude. This wasn’t even our problem every guest we ran into here had the same issue. They don’t clean any rooms, they are in no way helpful, they always acted like we were an inconvenience when we would ask any questions. When we first entered the hotel we were met with a man at the front desk that started yelling at us because we waited at the wrong place to get picked up even tho we asked them several times where to get picked up and they weren’t answering us. Their driver picked us up anyway and then they yelled at us for allowing her to pick us up from the wrong spot. Their pool is disgusting and never clean, and they have 2 elevators that often freeze and shake. Do not stay here, terrible experience."

"The room situation was so bad. When we arrived they didn’t have the room we had reserved, instead, they gave us a king bed with a pullout couch. The pullout couch was made of nightmares. It was so so dirty and the mattress was so old (probably older than me) with rips and holes and stains, cigarette burns, no sheets or blankets or pillows. We all slept on the king bed that night, 4 of us in one bed. The room was not the cleanest, the bed skirt had stains all over it, and the carpet was sticky and dirty. The sheets seemed pretty clean, but this was the first time ever that I stayed in a hotel and seriously feared for bed bugs. We slept, woke up and showered and left, never turning back. The staff was so kind, I’ll give them that, but that room was horrible. "

"The property needs remodeling and upgrade "

"Had to swipe the key 10 times, got locked in the bathroom, faulty door handle. We came for the water park and were told it opened at 10am. we stayed late for this but were then informed that it opened at 11 and the slides, only one of which was working, didn't open until 2. All we got to use was the pool. Breakfast was disappointing, no muffins, no bagels, no bacon or sausage and no to go boxes. We have stayed here three times. Not sure we will be returning."
