“1\. Staff are a bit robotic or maybe their work is too routine? 2\. Complimentary breakfast is available, of course don't expect something fancy but it's free anyways 3\. Wifi network is open 4\. There is one Sainsbury's with only 30sec walk 5\. Subway station is next to Sainsbury's so it's only like less than 1hour to go to/from the airport! 6\. There is no elevator so it would be a big problem if you carry big bags, heard it's £2 for each carriage”
