“Excellent hotel , friendly staff , restaurant is perfect with good food , nice breakfast ”

“One night last minute booking and was overall happy with what we paid for. Lovely Bindi greeted us on arrival with smiles and a bottle of water (could of been cold tho) she was very friendly shown us the shared kitchen area but we didnt need to use. After she shown us to our twin room which was nicely decorated with an onsuite bathroom. Room had wardrobe, side table, tv, kettle tea/coffee, WiFi, free standing fan. Beds were comfortable, lovely shower. Only bad things rooms was too hot even with……

“This hotel seems to be run by friendly family and people. During my stay, they were good to me and my dad, guilding us to the train station, ordered a cheap taxi for us, helped me to open the bathroom door when I didn't know how to open it. It was also quiet and considerated place to sleep at night, we enjoyed our stay.”

“Kudos to the two staff members who were there (at different times) during our one-night stay. Both were very helpful and friendly. As for the property, it is a rather typical lower end chain hotel, though it has what was needed and is inexpensive. The hotel itself is a bit isolated, but it has a bar and restaurant (which we did not try).”

“Booked a double room with en-suite for me and my husband. We had room 14 and it was quite small and the en-suite was tiny. The room was dirty, carpets and walls had stains on them. There was only 1 cup, 1 towel, 1 glass which is strange when it's for 2 people. The shower didn't have hot water and we was told to use the communal shower on the landing. Best bit of our stay was free car park.”

“There were no outlets near any of the mirrors in the room for using a hairdryer, and the bathroom only had a socket for shavers. The only outlet closest to a mirror was at the very bottom of the full-length mirror by the entrance—almost at floor level. Since the hairdryer’s cord was too short, trying to use it in front of a mirror in the room was pure frustration. The drop-off zone in front of the hotel entrance costs £7.20 and only allows a 10‑minute stay? That's insane.”

“Good location for transit at airport, especially when you use terminal 2&3. Clean room but minimum amenities. Bed was comfy. Standard room size.”

“The room I stayed in had a few issues but nothing major. The staff were very helpful. The location was good and the breakfast was excellent and the staff in the restaurant were particularly lovely.”
