"The Chalet is at the end of a long winding drive and deeper into the mountains. (Best not to drive it the first time after dark.) This offers the privacy and quiet that we wanted. A great place to relax, enjoy the hot tub and the wilderness. Communication with the owners/ managers was excellent and they were wonderful to work with."

"This was the perfect place for my boyfriend and I to enjoy our spring break! The communication with hosts was so clear and easy. We were a little confused when we walked into the main level because it wasn't what was pictured in the listing, but then we went to the upstairs (gorgeous!) The view over the lake and surrounding trees was beautiful and the space itself was pretty clean. The window across from the bed faces the east so there are unobstructed sunrise views every morning over the water....

"The property was very nice in the pictures. Upon arrival things seemed dated and worn (normal wear and tear) there were a few minor issues. There was no water disturbance alarm present as described, the dryer did not work (luckily there is a 24hr laundry down the hill), there was a dustpan present with no broom and door to lower deck will only stay shut when locked. Air hockey had to be plugged in and unplugged to work as power buttons didnt work, and pool table pockets had holes so balls hit...

"We really enjoyed the property. The property was very clean and stocked for those that would like to cook dinner in evening while on vacation. Everyone loved the put- put course our family ended up doing a tournament with the winner getting $100. Loved the privacy at this location, while still being close to all the activities. Highly recommend this house for your stay while visiting Tennessee."

"My family and I (6 kids and 5 adults) had an absolute blast during our week there. Loved the huge game room - the kids all slept on the sleeper sofas in that room, so each had his/her own bed. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped, and we cooked and ate at the cabin for all except two meals. The long benches in the dining area gave us plenty of room to eat together, play games together, AND work on a jigsaw puzzle. The hot tub was a hit, too. Everything was very clean and comfy. "The bathroom’s were nasty best were possibly worst I’ve slept on hot tub was filthy couldn’t even use it and that was the main reason we went. I was told I was going to get a partial refund but never did instead I had surprise charges what a surprise I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. Very disappointed"

Perfect for outdoor family
"We have two boys, 5 and 7yr, and it was juat perfect! They got to fish, play putt-putt, and swim all within the resort. He had plans to go to an attraction in Gatlinburg but if we didnt, we never would have had to leave the resort! It was great and relaxing and anyone with younger children know, vacations arent usually very relaxing for the parents 😆. The house was perfect for us as well. With a full size fridge and two tvs, we didnt need much anything else!"
