“Breakfast too expensive for what was being served ”

“On the Expedia website it described room Service. No room service. Also had to call hotel for courtesy shuttle. This was not clearly highlighted and finding the phone number to request shuttle was difficult to find. ”

“Where do I begin: we stayed at the TRU hotel which is connected to the Home2Suites hotel and both are owned by Hilton ! Now for the negatives: our room had no coffee supplies so we couldn’t make a cup of coffee without going to the lobby, the room had to drawers to use for clothing and there was no extra roll of toilet paper so my husband had to go to the lobby to acquire one!!! The food was the usual, scrambled eggs, toast , sausage. Perhaps checking out in a Monday is the reason. We will……

“Overall a great hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is tasty. Fresh fruit and eggs every morning. Hot and freshly prepared. Front desk staff friendly and attentive. Clientel is pleasant. Hallways are quiet and clean. Housekeeping staff amazing. We have stayed there several times and will stay there in the future. Location is near several trendy restaurants and shopping is nearby.”
