"Clean room, staff are always attentive and helpful, very family friendly. One complaint though is about the shower door in our room. It doesn’t close at all. We end up having puddle of water outside the shower every single time, which end up us having to use shower towels to dry the floor."

"Reception was helpful on arrival. I was asked what room I wanted and given a room that was quiet. As important it was cosy, clean and tidy, even had chocolates. The bed was comfy but not too soft and I had a good nights sleep. The Haxwell restaurant was good for fine dining, but for those with a bigger appetite might find it lacking portion wise, but there are plenty of restaurants too choose from on the doorstep. The hotel is well located for central locations and theatres either walking or a short taxi ride away. Compared to some, I found the room good value, just right for rest and relaxation. "

"This was my 2nd time staying here & once again - I absolutely love this place. The location is fabulous, a 7 min walk to Kings Cross, food galore of all kinds within a 4 min walking distance, 2 pubs across the street to choose from - just everything you need. Point A is my favorite hotel brand in England & In Ireland & I truly will not stay anywhere else. If you're traveling with a friend, husband, child - it's perfect. The only downfall is that's it, 2 people. I so wish they had a few choices for 3 people room's. "
