There were a few poor service issues which were quickly addressed and more than made up for. Kieran personally came to my room to apologise and suggest a resolution. All the staff we spoke to were lovely, the doorman Martino was great. Breakfast was nice, with both halal sausages & cold meats and pork sausages & bacon offered, catering to most patrons. Views over kensington gardens were awesome. The rooms were in great condition and clean. The location is great, and we ventured out via tube, driving, and walking on various days.
