“Location was great for us, air conditioning effective and breakfast perfectly fine given the price-point. The hotel is under refurbishment so obviously things were not as the staff would wish them to be. We would stay here again.”

“The main issue was that nobody was available for checking in time of 3 pm. Office was open but dark . There was a bell to ring. I waited 20 min with multiple bell rings with no answer . I called the phone number and got an answering machine . I left and returned 90 min later and still had trouble getting someone to answer the bell. Finally someone arrived and checked me in .”

“While the heat worked and there were no bugs nor bad smell, this stay was highly disappointing. Because Econo Lodges are privately owned franchises, quality varies, and it’s clear this owner cuts every corner possible. The room looks nothing like the advertised photos and doesn't even have a proper coat closet. Worse, the sheets were stained and had hair left under them—yet the owner's only excuse was that he and his wife personally changed them. There were also noticeable spider webs and dust……
