We were a little confused which kayaks we could use and how to get them down to the water, and we were encouraged to use life vests, but there were none available (and we did not bring any with us). "Communication with Property Owner was excellent. This cute little cottage has been renovated and has a nice feel indoors. There is a beautiful porch on the back with a lovely view. The unit includes a mini fridge and mini microwave along with a little table and two chairs. If you have long hair, water pressure could be a concern. My shower worked great but the sink water pressure was not strong. The bed was comfortable and the decor was nice. The air conditioning works fine."

You can walk to a section of beach easily (along the river just before it meets the ocean). My only two issues were that we were awakened at 6am with beeping from the delivery trucks directly outside our window and that the “common areas”...
