“Clean spacious suite, however I had to call housekeeping to replace the empty Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash in the Shower and the lotion next to the sink. The remote for the bedroom TV would only turn the TV on/off so had that replaced. I do not understand why they do not provide a shelf in the shower for the guest's items like a razor, etc. The couch in the TV room is UNCOMFORTABLE.. Why is there no light over the Coffee Machine area?”

“We had a nice stay. The view of the Hood Canal was amazing. The common area had lots of games, pool table and DVDs. The Jacuzzi was very clean. It was a little noisy being right by the Highway but overall it was a very pleasant stay!”

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. Staff service and……
