“Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here. When we arrived, the first room provided appeared to still be occupied or had not been properly prepared for new guests. Instead of receiving the room we originally booked, we were moved to a much smaller room that did not match our expectations from the reservation. The situation became worse when we tried to extend our stay. I contacted the host by text asking if a larger room was available. Nobody responded. Instead, when……
