“We would not have booked here if we had known the Saturday breakfast was 9am to 10am. There is no information about breakfast times on the booking process. The TV was totally unusable as I do not have a modern PhD. I simply could not understand all this internet stuff. The Wifi speed was slow, less than 1mbps. “I loved our one night here. It was a stop off on the way further south but I wish we could have stayed longer. So peaceful. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay happen, even when we arrived late. We ate our breakfast outside in the courtyard which was idyllic. The food was gorgeous. “I wanted to know if they could give me a room with a shower tray. No reply. I needed to cancel due to illness and then neither I could get hold of them. As a result I had to pay for a hotel I could not use. Expedia were unable to sort out this issue. Such poor communication means I will not use this hotel ever.
