"Overall we had a lovely stay. The location cannot be beaten and is just around the corner from the market square. Parking is not so convenient and we did park about 5 minutes walk away and had to pay but it is a reasonable price. The bed was comfortable. We had an issue with the coffee machine which was quickly sorted via text as there are no staff members present on the property. We knew about this before arriving. There was a strange smell which at times could be over powering, like a sewage/...

"Based on the photos and past reviews we had high expectations for this stay in Bradford -on Avon, but the experience went above and beyond what we imagined. The beautiful, historic and marvelous surroundings along with a home that had everything a guest could want- comfortable bed, hot strong shower and the most quiet we have experienced in years- maybe decades. And the town of Bradford-on- Avon is, in our opinion. better than Bath - just as historic without the tourism. "

"Bedrooms lovely but tight around beds. but en-suites quite roomy. So easy for different groups to do different things in the huge barn dinning/kitchen/lounge. Our 4 and 6 aged grand sons loved the space and outdoors games. Trampoline, football, table tennis etc. Google the grinding barn for easy location guidance as 3 of our 4 cars struggled with the given directions."
