"Cozy basement unit with all amenities. Close to EWR airport. Street parking mostly available. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of closet space. Loved the electric cooking range and cooking utensils. Host very helpful. Accommodated late checkout! The only thing to be aware of is the noisy tenants above, but that is not host’s problem. We enjoyed our stay!"

"The overall space was good, however there was miscommunication about the internal conditions. There were 3 rooms, 2 twin bed, 1 queen and 1 king size bed. However in the description its says it sleeps 28. We understand typos happen, however the primary bedroom reeked of cigarette smoke & when brought to the host attention, it was brushed off with no offer of a remedy to make it more pleasant.
